When it comes to maintaining our aquariums, we all want to stay organized and perform the routine husbandry tasks properly. After all, this is the key to success in maintaining any aquariums.

We always keep track of tank parameters and changes in health, growth, color changes, diseases, etc., to make sure our ecosystem is healthy and thriving. In our busy life, sometimes we find it difficult to remember the progress of all the livestock in our tanks and may forget about things we have to do for our aquariums.

Aquarimate is a comprehensive mobile app that is built to help all aquarists, whether hobbyist or professional, to maintain their tanks properly.

Aquarimate can help you record your test results, analyze changes, visually track your livestock, setup tasks and reminders, log your activities, store your livestock and equipment, take notes, track expenses, build photo galleries and so much more..

Aquarimate includes the most comprehensive Saltwater & Freshwater livestock library called Aquaribase. You can browse or search Aquaribase to find information about your livestock, equipment, food and supplements. This database includes thousands species of fish, corals, inverts and plants as well as dry goods with pictures and information organized in categories for saltwater and freshwater aquariums.

Last but not least, never worry about your app data anymore. You can backup your app data wirelessly and restore whenever you need. Aquarimate Cloud comes with 100MB Free storage in the cloud which can be upgraded to 1G of space via in-app purchase of an annual subscription for $9.99 per year. Pros and cons of Aquarimate app for iPhone and iPad

Aquarimate app good for

Helps me a lot to keep track of my water parameters and remind me of scheduled water change and more! I recomend this application for aquarist!
I love this app and is much more helpful than the others in the market. A really good interface and results tracking are the key features for it. The most helpful one is the task schedule and archive. Really wonderful since it dont let you forget the regular maintenance. I just gave them a suggestion for improvement regarding the energy control. Lets see how they will deal with it. Anyway Im quite happy and recommend it to my fellow reefers.
One minus point is that the application is keep asking to login everytime a backup or restore is initiated. It would be nice if the backup/restore would happen automatically, in order to keep the devices in sync, or at least store the login credentials for future use. Other than that, seems ok at the moment
This is the only app I could find that lets you keep track of all essential parameters and lets you set daily/weekly reminders. There is still some room for improvement: iCloud support is a must for those with multiple Apple devices, and the fish list should be updated with basic water parameter requirements like temperature, pH and so on. Still an excellent app.
I have a 20g fresh water tank with 16 tropical fish and three large plants. This app has helped me track and stabilize all my levels (AM, GH, GK, PH, Nitrite, Nitrate, Temperature and even filter and water changes) so that all my fish are healthy and doing very well. When something goes wrong I can quickly identify and correct. One feature Id like to add is the ability to have a measurement entry automatically complete the task (currently this is two steps). Still you can not beat this app!!
This is by far the best app for saltwater fish and reef recordkeeping I really like how you can sync it up with your iPad and your iPhone

Some bad moments

I am facing the strong problem regarding backup and restore my data. When I try to do these tasks, in the and of process the program shuts down. Now I do not able to use this stuff. What I need to do chang this scenario?
They act as criminals as the app does not support any other language as advertised, but only English. The support simply does not reply - they dont give a dam....and app is full of bugs!! Dont loose your money as I did....!!!
The 5-star ratings have to be from the developers themselves because this app falls far short of its promises. Read the other 1- and 2- star reviews. THEY tell the truth about this app. I so wish the developers cared enough to do something about this app, which has so much promise and which is so expensive.
It is ok so far except it annoyingly asked often if I liked it, I said no and it kept asking. When I relented and said yes it asked me to review. Take away one star for asking if I like it. Take two away for only asking for a review when I like it. Take one away for asking to review and you get one, if it was 5 to begin. It was 4 unfortunately you cant give 0
Great idea, and graphically from the photos and their web site it looks slick. But once using the app, virtually everything is wrong. Super buggy: screens slide and then get stuck in positions where they cant be opened, and the whole app sometimes freezes. Poor user interface: graphics cover text in many places, very confusing to navigate, cant add photos in places you should be able to add them (or cant figure out how to add them,) cant add notes on some screens, have to jump around to a lot of places to chart different aspects of the same tank. Minimally customizable, cant add actions without first scheduling a reminder, minimal livestock library (missing many common corals, fish, and invertebrates,) graphs dont display in logical manner, no fields for freshwater/planted tanks (marine only,) doesnt sync between iPad/iPhone, and so many more defects. Basically a huge waste of $9.99. Not useable in its current state.
After reading the synopsis of the app and seeing that it contains thousands of species in the database. I paid the $10 but Im truly disappointed with the lack of information. Majority of the fish you click on do not even have any information its just a pic. Should the support update this, it will be a great app.
